Global Distribution List Automation

Challenge: An international firm of 1800 employees across Europe was struggling with the management of Distribution Lists. Communication teams were unsure where to send communications, managers were reliant on manual tracking of employees, and overall the groups were unclear and messy.

Solution: We introduced a customized Python script, leveraging powerful Python object manipulation to meet the client's requirements and criteria. We carefully mapped the organizational structure and built a new one with a new logic. Once ready for deployment, we ran our custom script and populated these groups at once.

Result: Groups are now directly linked to criteria coming from the ERP system to the Active Directory, synced to the cloud, making it bulletproof to send communications. The client achieved immediate clarity, eliminated manual tracking, and ensured all internal communications are accurately delivered across 1800 employees.

IT Automation for a Manufacturing Plant

Challenge: A small manufacturing plant faced recurring manual tasks, such as generating daily production reports and managing user access to a legacy application. These tasks were time-consuming and prone to human error.

Solution: Our team developed custom Python scripts to automate report generation, reducing the time spent from 3 hours to just 5 minutes. Also we automated the user management process for their core application, ensuring new hires had instant access to the tools they needed.
